1. Nature of the Offer
This promotion offers a complimentary custom Apify Actor build for selected participants. Submission of a request does not guarantee that an actor will be built. This offer is promotional in nature and intended as a lead generation initiative.
2. Eligibility & Selection
All submissions will be reviewed by the Lexis Solutions team. We reserve the sole and absolute right to accept or decline any request at our discretion, based on factors including but not limited to: technical feasibility, legal considerations, website terms of service, scope of work, and available resources.
3. No Obligation
Submitting a request through this form does not create any binding agreement, contract, or obligation on the part of Lexis Solutions to deliver any product or service. We are under no obligation to build, deliver, or maintain any Apify Actor as a result of this promotion.
4. Response Timeline
If your request is selected, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you at the email address you provided. We aim to communicate our decision (whether we will proceed or not) by April 15, 2026. If you do not hear from us by that date, you may assume your request was not selected.
5. Promotion Period
This promotional offer is available for submissions received through March 15, 2026). We reserve the right to extend, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Support & Maintenance
For any actor delivered under this promotion, Lexis Solutions guarantees best-effort support free of charge for as long as the actor remains online and operational. This support covers reasonable bug fixes and minor adjustments needed to keep the actor functioning (e.g. adapting to changes on the target website). Best-effort support does not include major rewrites, significant feature additions, or changes to the core scope of the original actor. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes reasonable support at our sole discretion.
7. Discontinuation
Lexis Solutions reserves the right to discontinue, sunset, or take offline any actor created under this promotion at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or obligation. In such an event, the associated support and maintenance obligations under Section 6, as well as the free private copy referenced in Section 8, will cease.
8. Intellectual Property & Publishing Rights
We retain all intellectual property rights to the code and implementation of any actor created under this promotion. Lexis Solutions reserves the right to publish the actor on the Apify Store as a paid actor, available to the general public. However, as a participant in this promotion, you will receive a private copy of the actor on the Apify platform at no cost. This private copy will remain available to you free of charge and indefinitely, for as long as the actor is online and maintained by Lexis Solutions.
9. Apify Platform & Costs
The actors created under this promotion run on the Apify platform. You are responsible for maintaining your own Apify account and for all costs associated with running the actor, including but not limited to compute time, proxy usage, and data storage. Lexis Solutions is solely responsible for the development of the actor and does not sponsor, subsidize, or otherwise cover any Apify platform fees. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, or terms of the Apify platform.
10. No Warranty
Any actor delivered under this promotion is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
11. Data & Privacy
The personal information you provide (name, email, company) will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and to contact you about your request. We may also use your contact information to inform you about relevant services from Lexis Solutions. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
We temporarily store your referral source in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit, solely to attribute your submission correctly. This information is cleared automatically when you close the tab.
12. Legal Compliance
We will not build actors for websites or use cases that violate applicable laws, regulations, or the target website's terms of service. Requests involving illegal activity, unauthorized data collection, or any purpose that may expose Lexis Solutions to legal liability will be declined.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexis Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this promotion, including but not limited to the decision not to build a requested actor, any delays in communication, or any interruption of actor availability.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
