StaffSquared improves customer satisfaction by revamping key features

Staff Squared is a cloud-based onboarding, personnel tracking, absence management, and performance appraisal platform for small businesses. It helps manage employee absences by allowing organizations to track holiday balances, accrual, carry-over, and sick leave.

StaffSquared platform was acquired at the end of 2019 as the company had a good product-market fit.  Although, at that time, the platform included dozens of features that were barely known and rarely used by customers. Several essential functionalities were buggy and built with poor performance. Customers were contacting the support and reporting various problems.



The StaffSquared team was searching for a reliable tech partner who could lead and manage all needed technical work. In a relatively short time, Lexis Solutions formed the right cross-functional team to provide various services and meet customer requests.   The frequent communication between the two teams was clear and transparent. Working closely with the CTO and the non-technical team helped them quickly understand the project scope and define the project timelines and deliverables.

An employee database contains critical information, such as each employee's personal information, as well as company-related information such as their payscale, hire date, and more. That database can be used to help you better understand your employees and make data-based decisions that push your company forward.


Time & attendance management

Time and attendance management is used to track and monitor when employees start and stop work. A time and attendance management system enables organizations to monitor their employees’ working hours and late arrivals, early departures, time taken on breaks, and absenteeism.
