How we selected these companies

We considered the following when choosing which companies to include:

  • Stated Anthropic relationship: a public statement of Claude Partner Network membership, partner tier or a direct collaboration with Anthropic.
  • European base: headquarters or significant delivery in Europe.
  • Claude-specific work: public information about Claude, Claude Code or agent projects, not only general AI services.
  • Range of sizes: from specialist teams to large consultancies, so buyers can compare engagement models.

Large global consultancies such as Accenture, Deloitte and Capgemini are also Claude partners, according to an overview of the Claude Partner Network. This guide focuses on firms with a European base and a specific Claude practice.

What does a Claude implementation partner do?

A Claude implementation partner helps a company move from trying Claude to running it in production. The work usually covers:

  • Architecture and integration: connecting Claude to internal systems through APIs, tool calling and MCP servers, on the Claude API, Claude in Amazon Bedrock, Claude on Vertex AI or Microsoft Foundry.
  • Agents and automation: building agents that take actions within defined permissions, with human approval where needed.
  • Security and governance: data access controls, logging, evaluation and cost management.

How to choose a Claude implementation partner

Ask each candidate the same questions:

  1. What is your partner status, and how can we verify it? Check the company in the Claude partner directory and ask how many of its engineers hold the Claude Certified Architect, Foundations certification.
  2. What have you built on Claude that runs in production? Ask for a system that real users rely on and how its accuracy, cost and reliability are measured.
  3. Which deployment option fits our requirements? The Claude API, Claude in Amazon Bedrock, Claude on Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry differ in data residency, procurement and integration with your existing cloud.
  4. How are permissions enforced? Agents should only reach data the user is allowed to see, enforced by the system rather than by prompt instructions.
  5. Which models and platforms do you work with? A good partner can explain how it chooses the model and deployment option for each use case.
  6. What happens after launch? Clarify monitoring, cost management, support and handover.

Start with one workflow

The fastest way to see whether Claude and a partner fit your company is a scoped project around one measurable workflow, such as answering questions over internal documents, triaging requests or reviewing contracts. It shows how the partner works, how Claude performs on your data and what running it in production will cost.

If you are planning a Claude-based system that has to work in production, Lexis Solutions can help you scope a first workflow.
